At Premium Cluster, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned. We want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers, so we offer a generous 7-day return policy for most items.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return any unused or unworn item in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. This includes most items in our jewelry and  gifts products categories.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions to our return policy:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of these items, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged or Used Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or used after purchase. Please handle the items with care while trying them on or inspecting them.
  • Items Not in Original Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process and proper inspection of the item, please return it in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return. This helps us understand the situation and process your request efficiently.
  • Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. This may include a return label or specific packaging requirements.
  • Return the Item: Once you receive the instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a tracked shipping service (recommended).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for returned items. However, if you’d like a different size, color, or item altogether, you can simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
